This time of year we find ourselves chasing the light around town, as the sun is constantly dipping behind the next in the neverending ring of mountains encircling Hope. This little spot on the banks of the mighty Fraser River permitted us about five minutes of sun before it disappeared for the day. This was a couple of weeks ago, and most of the vibrant autumnal colour has gone now, claimed by the onset of another damp Pacific Northwestern winter. It was worth the scramble along the rocky bank to capture these few frames! All captured on Canon AE1 with Kodak Ektar 100 film, and developed & scanned back at Canadian Film Lab
